Samsung Transform Review

With the Samsung Transform you won’t ready get any features that are innovative, as the name might imply, but you do get a good midrange phone that has everything that most people need with their mobile.
The Samsung Transform is a nice looking phone but it’s nothing unusual or spectacular. This phone measures 4.6 x 2.4 x 0.6 inches and weighs 5.4 ounces. This phone is large enough that it feels solid when you hold it in your hand, but not so big that it is uncomfortable to use. On the front of this phone is a 3.5-inch touchscreen, as well as a front facing camera for video calling. When you slide the Transform into an open position there is a QWERTY keyboard.
Some of the features that you get with the Samsung Transform include a speakerphone, conference calling, voice dialing, as well as text and multimedia messaging. For wireless options this phone features Bluetooth, 3G, in addition to WiFi and GPS. Of course you will also get access to Google apps, as well as email.
For multimedia features the Samsung Transform comes with a music player. To get music on your phone you can transfer via USB or with an SD card. In addition to the music player this phone also comes with a built in 3.2-megapixel camera that will record video as well as take still photos. The photo quality is fair, but the colors are not as bright as they should be.
The call quality of the Samsung Transform is very good; when making and receiving calls voices sound loud and clear, even when using the speakerphone. The battery on this phone is rated for 6 hours of talk time and 14.6 days of standby. The battery will likely need recharging more often when using 3G, for surfing the web.
