Nokia 6750 Mural Review
By admin on March 16th, 2010
The Nokia Mural 6750 is a sleek and sexy phone that offers such features as Push to Talk, 3G, and it’s all put together in a high quality construction. This phone’s design is nice, though it appears as if it came out of another era; it has what appears to be a metal finish though it is made of plastic. This phone measures 3.83 x 1.85 x 0.68 inches and is slightly heavy, weighing 3.9 ounces.
You do get an external display that shows you the time, signal strength and caller ID, though the screen is hidden unless the backlighting is on. For an internal display there is a 2.25-inch screen that supports 16 million colors and 320x240. When viewing graphics on this display they are colorful and bright, plus text is sharp and easy to read.
Some of the features you’ll find included with the Nokia Mural consist of a phonebook that will hold up to 1,000 contacts, a vibrate mode, as well as text and multimedia messaging. There is also an alarm clock, a calendar, and a calculator, in addition to a notepad, and a speakerphone. Of course you do get some high-end features with the Mural, such as Bluetooth, voice dialing and a voice recorder, plus modem support. With this phone, no matter where you are you’ll have access to your email as it supports POP3 email.
Many users will like the fact that the Nokia Mural 6750 is a 3G phone that provides easy access to several AT&T multimedia services, including music and streaming video. The music player that comes with this mobile phone supports a variety of audio file formats, which makes it easy to take your music along with you, plus download more.
As part of the 6750 Nokia multimedia feature set there is a 2-megapixel camera that can also record video. The camera takes pictures in four different resolutions, plus you get several photography modes, such as zoom, self-portrait, and more.
To store your music and pictures the Mural comes with 70MB of internal memory, plus there is the option of expanding that memory up to 16GB with a microSD card. You will also get weather forecasts and Yellowpages.com included with this phone, as well as a mobile web browser, and Assisted GPS.
Call quality is okay, but the volume on the calls is a little low which may cause some problems when calling in areas where there is a lot of background noise. The battery life is rated for 4 hours of talk time and 14 days of standby time.
Although you won’t be getting anything that isn’t available on other phones in the same class, the Nokia Mural 6750 really is a nice, high quality mobile phone.
