The Nokia 6350 is a sleek handset that offers good call quality at an affordable price. You won’t find a lot in the way of multimedia features with the 6350, but you do get a solid communication device.
With the Nokia 6350 cell phone you get a handset that is attractive and compact so that it’s easy to take with you by simply slipping it into your pocket; it measures 3.67 x 1.86 x 0.68 inches and weighs only 3.62 ounces. When holding this phone in your hand, not only is it comfortable, but also you will be able to tell that it is a solidly built phone.
There is a 1.36-inch external display that shows battery life, signal strength, and photo caller ID, as well as the time and date. When you open the Nokia 6350 you’ll see a 2-inch display that supports 16.7 million colors; on this screen you will see rich and bright colors, and graphics look great.
With the Nokia 6350 cell phone you’ll get a phonebook that can accommodate up to 1,000 contacts, plus there is a vibrate mode, a calendar, and a to do list, along with text and multimedia messaging. There is also a notepad, a calculator, and a timer, in addition to a stopwatch, as well as a speakerphone. You will also get some advanced features with this handset, such as instant messaging, Bluetooth, voice dialing and much more. Aside from these features, this phone supports POP3 and IMAP4 email; unfortunately there is only an alphanumeric keypad so typing out messages won’t be a simple task.
The 6350 Nokia is a 3G phone so you will have access to a multitude of media, including downloadable music and streaming video. Another nice feature is the Assisted GPS; with this you can go anywhere and never have to worry about getting lost as long as you have your phone with you.
Another extra that comes with this handset is a built in 2-megapixel camera that can also record video. Unfortunately the photo quality you get isn’t the best, so if you are looking for a quality camera phone so you can take great pictures, this cell phone probably won’t be your first choice.
The Nokia 6350 does provide good call quality; voices come through loud and clear, and you’ll get a strong signal. The battery life is rated for 4.2 hours of talk time and 18 days of standby time. There have been some Nokia 6350 reviews that report a poor battery life with this phone, even with only average use.
The Nokia 6350 price is great, making this a good deal for a mobile, even considering the problems with the battery life and camera.
