Nokia 2720 Review

The Nokia 2720 is a very budget friendly camera phone that looks more expensive than it is. There is no doubt that at such a low price you will be definitely getting more than what you pay for with the Nokia 2720 cell phone; aside from the camera, it comes with Bluetooth, and the capability of recording video.

With the Nokia 2720 you get a stylish handset that features a glossy, mirrored finish that makes this phone appear like it might cost a lot of money. This fold phone measures 3.66 x 1.81 x 0.78 inches and weighs 3.18 ounces.

Like many Nokia phones you get an external display; the display that comes with the Nokia 2720 cell phone measures 1.36-inches and will show the time and date, as well as Caller ID, but not photos with the Caller ID. When you open the phone there is a 1.8-inch screen with 128 x 160 resolution with 65,000 colors.

Some of the features that you’ll get with the 2720 Nokia include a phonebook that will hold up to 500 contacts, there is also support for text and multimedia messaging, plus there is a mobile web browser. For personal organization tools there is an alarm clock, calendar, and a to do list, in addition to a memo pad, a timer. You also get several preloaded Java games, such as Tetris and Pacman.

Aside from the core features, the Nokia 2720 cell phone comes with a few advanced features that include Bluetooth, a speakerphone, as well as a support for email, including Gmail, plus you can view attachments.

For multimedia there is a 1.3-megapixel camera, but it does not include flash so your pictures will likely be dark or grainy. One nice feature about this camera is that it can easily change from a still camera to a video camera so you can record video clips.

You will also get a built in music player with the Nokia 2720; the player will support MP3 files, plus it is also an FM radio.

For a low budget phone the 2720 offers surprisingly good call quality; calls are loud and clear and there is little to no static. The speakerphone also works very well on this handset, which is great for when you don’t want to hold the phone to your ear. The battery life of the 2720 is rated for 3 hours of talk time and over 12 days of standby time, which isn’t bad for a Nokia 2720 price.

If you want a basic phone that does offer a few high-end features, you will probably want to take a look at the Nokia 2720 cell phone.

Probably the best battery life of any phone I have ever owned. Perfect size keys for texting. Call quality excellent. It's a flip phone which I love. What more can I say.

Dont'like the phone, hard to open if you can open it before your call expires you've done really well. Don't buy one.
