Motorola VE465 Phone Review
By admin on March 8th, 2010
The Motorola VE465 is a clamshell-designed phone that is stylish enough to be attractive to people of all ages, especially when you look into all of the nice features that come with this handset.
Some of the great features that come with the VE465 Motorola include 1.3-megapixel camera that has comes with 4x zoom, and more. There is also a voice recorder, and external speakers, plus many more extras that make this device an attractive and useful cell phone. Along with all of these features you also get support for Bluetooth so you can listen to your music wirelessly. Of course there is a music and video player, as well as a built in camera.
With so many extras features with the Motorola VE465, it’s not surprising that it has an appeal, even for the younger generations. The VE465 has external music controls, which allow you to access your music without even having to open the phone. Although the keypad isn’t the best keypad you can get, it is designed well enough that it is easy to use when dialing numbers or sending text messages.
The Bluetooth technology that comes with this device enables the user to make and receive calls, as well as listen to music wirelessly and hands free, which is almost a necessity with today’s busy lifestyles.
Due to the fact that Motorola has placed some emphasis on attracting a younger consumer with the VE465, it only makes sense that they have paid some extra attention to the music player on this phone. With the included music player you can take your favorite music with you wherever you go, plus storing your music is easy as this device offers support for up to 4GB of removable memory.
For high-speed connectivity this handset features support for EVDO, in addition to this you also get support for GPS, which is a nice feature to have if you tend to travel a lot. With a GPS phone you can find your way around no matter where you are.
As far as performance and call quality, the Motorola VE465 has gotten some mixed reviews. Reception seems to be a problem in some areas, and this can really make even a phone with a lot of nice features not worth the money. At the same time in some locations the reception is good and there are no dropped calls, but due to the fact that there are some reports of bad call quality, you’ll want to test the Motorola VE465 before you buy.
