LG Vu Reviews

When you first look at the LG Vu you might think that it is an upgraded version of the LG Prada, but even though the design and finish is very similar, the Vu is larger than the Prada. The Vu measures 4.24 x 2.16 x 051 inches, but weights only 3.16 ounces. This phone is a lot lighter than what it appears to be. On the front of this phone is a 3-inch touchscreen that displays pictures in bright color and reading text on this screen is easy. The display on this phone can also be used as a viewfinder for the camera.
Some of the basic features that you get with the LG Vu include a phonebook that will hold up to 500 contacts, a speakerphone, photo caller ID, a calculator, a calendar and a voice recorder, as well as text and multimedia messaging. For more advanced features the Vu comes with a full HTML browser for surfing the Internet, email, Bluetooth, and voice command. You will also get access to an array of broadband services, including AT&T mobile TV.
For taking pictures while on the go the LG Vu comes with a built in 2-megapixel camera that will take video as well as still photos. Though this camera comes with a number of settings, the photo and video quality isn’t very good. Even when taking photos outdoors the quality will be poor, probably due to the low megapixel camera.
The call quality that you get with the LG Vu is great; callers come through loud and clear. Internet speed is quite fast for a mobile phone; web pages tend to load quickly. The battery life of this phone isn’t great, it is only rated for 3.16 hours of talk time and 10 days of standby time.
