LG Optimus T Review

Although the LG Optimus T couldn’t really be considered a high-end smartphone, it is far from what you would expect from a budget mobile. The Optimus T has a simple design and measures 4.47 x 2.32 x 0.52 inches, plus this phone is lightweight at only 4.5 ounces. On the front of the LG Optimus T there is a 3.2-inch LCD screen. This touchscreen is not the most high tech you can find, but it’s very responsive. Colors are bright and text is sharp and clear. The Optimus T is available in gray and burgundy.

The LG Optimus T uses the Android 2.2 interface so if you are familiar with Android phones this mobile will be easy to use. The home screen is customizable, plus you get all of the Google features common with Android phones.
Some of the features that you’ll get with the LG Optimus T include voice dialing over Bluetooth, integration with Facebook, plus WiFi and 3G. One of the best features of this phone is that it supports tethering and offers WiFi hotspot capabilities. You will also get a number of preloaded applications that include Twitter, Diner Dash and many more.
For more basic features you get quad band world roaming, conference calling, a speakerphone, voice dialing, and of course the LG Optimus T also comes with text and multimedia messaging. The multimedia features include a built in 3.2-megapixel camera that will take video as well as still photos. Photo and video quality is very good for a budget camera phone.
The main problem that you’ll find with the LG Optimus T is that the processor does have some problem handling applications, and there is no support for flash. Call quality is okay and would be better except for callers may have problems with background noise.
Considering the low price of the LG Optimus T, this smartphone is really a fantastic value.
