The introduction of social networking sites that allow users to play games, chat and generally stay in touch with friends and families has been the perfect tool for bringing people together in a single place and has grown over the last few years to a size that few would ever have believed possible. This monumental growth has inevitably led to what many see as the next logical step, which is the introduction of a social networking site solely for business users and this is where LinkedIn comes in.
The LinkedIn site provides business users with a way to make contact with business colleagues and like minded business users in similar roles or fields and has so far been a resounding success. This success is probably why the creators of LinkedIn have now launched an app for all the big smartphone platforms that allows users to carry on accessing the LinkedIn site even when they aren’t at a computer.

Whilst the LinkedIn app doesn’t provide business users with the full functionality of the full website it does, however, provide users with the key features that allow them access to the most important areas of the site. The features included in the LinkedIn app are the You section that provides users with all their recent updates, the Updates section that lets users check updates from their connections, the Inbox which allows users to check any mails that have received and finally the Groups & More section that allows users to browse through any groups they are affiliated with and also join new groups and add suggested people.
All these features are accessed through a navigational interface that could be one of the most user-friendly interfaces available for any of the social networking apps currently available. Everything about this app has been thought out in the finest detail and this makes it an absolute delight to use with almost no effort required to learn or continue using the app on a regular basis.
