Blackberry Tour 9630 without Camera

The BlackBerry Tour 9630 Without Camera is one mobile that a lot of people wanted to see from RIM. This phone replaced the 8830 World Edition. With the BlackBerry 9630 Tour you get several improvements, including an enhanced design, 3G world roaming, and more. The one thing this smartphone is lacking is WiFi, but it offers so many features that this might not be that big of a problem.

The design of the BlackBerry Tour 9630 smartphone is a lot like that of the Bold and the Curve; RIM has taken some of the best design traits of both phones and put them together in the Tour. Even though the Tour does have many of the traits of the Bold and Curve, it is slightly bigger than both of these phones, plus it weighs a little more. The BlackBerry Tour measures 4.4 x 2.4 x 0.6 inches and weighs 4.5 ounces. The Tour definitely feels solid when holding it in your hand, plus it has a soft rubber finish that will help you get even more durability.

For sending text messages and email there is a QWERTY keyboard that is much like that you get with the Bold, though it is a little more cramped. The keys have a slightly rounded edge, and they are backlit.

One of the main attractions of the BlackBerry Tour 9630 without camera is that you get 3G, and voice coverage in over 200 countries, as well as data coverage in 175 countries. This is exactly what the international traveler needs, especially if they have to travel often for business.

Some of the other features you’ll find with the BlackBerry Tour include a speakerphone, voice activated dialing, text, as well as multimedia messaging, plus there is also conference calling and speed dial. It’s easy to know who is calling you with this phone’s Caller ID features; simply attach a photo to each contact and with a quick glance you’ll easily be able to see who is calling.

Unfortunately the BlackBerry Tour doesn’t offer WiFi, but you do get 3G and Bluetooth, as well as wireless networking; this means that you can use this phone for a modem. In addition to this, you will also get built in GPS so no matter where you are you shouldn’t have a problem finding your way around; this is an important feature if you travel a great deal.

Of course one of the premier features of the BlackBerry Tour 9630 without camera is its email capabilities; you’ll get several email accounts, plus a document viewer so that you can view email attachments.

If you can due without WiFi, the BlackBerry Tour 9630 smartphone is a great choice.

Tour 9630 (no camera)

This phone has good voice quality. It has a nice design and the weight is just right. One problem I have ,or wish was better is, the size of the numbers, they are a bit small, apart from that a great phone.

This Blackberry has a few faults but all in all they are fewer than the good bits. The lack of camera is why I purchased it, I have a Digital camera for pictures. Calls are of a good quality, sound wise. The battery life is not bad at all. Good phone Great design weight great, ant the screen bright and crisp.
