Blackberry Curve Pink 8330 Review

One of the best things about the BlackBerry Curve Pink 8330 is its design. You still get a sleek and compact phone, even though it has a full QWERTY keyboard. This phone measures 4.2 inches X 2.4 inches X 0.6 inch deep and weighs 3.9 ounces. On the front there is a 2.5-inch screen. A nice feature of the screen is that it offers light-sensing technology that will automatically adjust the brightness of the screen, as well as the keyboard, so that you can easily see it no matter what lighting conditions you are in.
Like other BlackBerry models, the BlackBerry 8330 Curve does have a slightly wider body than other mobile phones, but it is this very design that gives you so much more room on the keyboard.
Although the BlackBerry Curve 8330 Pink does not have a touchscreen, it is still easy to use. The screen can be customized with a variety of wallpaper backgrounds, plus you can adjust the text size too.
The biggest improvement that you will find with the BlackBerry 8330 Pink is WiFi. With today’s cell phones this feature is almost a necessity. When using WiFi you can save a great deal of money on your mobile phone bill, and in some cases replace your home line with just one phone. Along with WiFi you will also get additional wireless options that include EDGE and Bluetooth.
For multimedia features there is a 2-megapixel camera, which does take adequate pictures, but does not give you magnificent quality. There is also a basic music player that supports a variety of file formats.
Some of the nice features that come included with the BlackBerry Curve Pink 8330 are quad band, a speakerphone, as well as voice-activated dialing, and smart dialing. There is also conference calling, and speed dial. Another feature that makes this phone a real gem is that it has advanced audio technology, which will cancel out background noise so that it is easier to hear when talking on the phone.
Like other BlackBerry mobile’s you will get great email features such as support for Microsoft Exchange, IBM Lotus Domino, or Novell GroupWise so that you can have access to corporate email in real time. With the instant messaging features on this phone you can better keep in touch with your friends and loved ones; some of the programs supported are Yahoo, AIM and Windows Live Messenger.
The BlackBerry Curve 8330 Pink is a good choice if you are looking for a cell phone that can work for both business and personal use.
